We currently grow several apple varieties. Apples differ in many ways beyond color. Some are tart and firm, others are sweet, juicy and crisp. Some are best eaten raw, while others are used primarily for cooking and baking. Check out our description and history of each type.
Tom and Andrea each have our own impressions of the apples we grow. The chart provided below reflects Tom’s impressions of each kind and how they can best be enjoyed. Andrea’s impressions differ somewhat and she may provide her own chart. Regardless of our impressions you should check them all out to find your personal favorites.
